This is a small marketing website with one contact form. It has no accounts, no database, and no advertising trackers. This page explains exactly what happens to what you send.

What the contact form collects

When you submit the form, you provide:

• Your name
• Your business name
• Your email address
• Your town or service area
• Your industry
• A description of what you would most like to fix
• The type of inquiry you are making
• An optional additional message

Where it goes

Your message is not saved to this website's database — the site does not have one — and its content is never written to this site's application logs. Those logs record only that an event happened and its category, such as a failed send or a count of fields that failed validation. They never record your message or your email address. Separately, the hosting provider keeps standard web-server request logs, as every website host does.

Your message passes through these services:

• Cloudflare — hosts this website. Every request, including this form, passes through Cloudflare's network, which sees your IP address and the contents of the request in order to deliver it.
• Resend — the email delivery provider that transmits the message. Resend sends through Amazon SES.
• Google (Gmail) — the inbox at hundaisolutionsandconsulting@gmail.com where Ryan Hund receives it.

How long it is kept

This website keeps nothing. The providers do:

• Resend lists 30-day data retention on its Free, Pro and Scale plans.
• Gmail retains the email until it is deleted from the inbox.

To be plain about it: submitting the form means your message exists at Resend for a period, and in a Gmail inbox until deleted. It is not instantly erased anywhere, and this page will not pretend otherwise.

What it is used for

Replying to you, and nothing else. Your details are not sold, rented, shared with advertisers, added to a marketing list, or used to build a profile. There is no CRM behind this site.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no analytics cookies and runs no advertising or tracking scripts, and there is no third-party analytics of any kind. It uses Google Fonts to load two typefaces, which means your browser makes a request to Google's font servers.

Spam protection

The form includes a hidden field that people never see and automated bots usually fill in, and it limits how many messages can be sent from one connection in a short period. To do that second thing, your connection's IP address is held briefly in memory — it is not stored, written to a database, or logged. Neither measure involves a third-party tracking service.

Your choices

Email hundaisolutionsandconsulting@gmail.com to ask for a copy of what you sent, or to ask for it to be deleted from the inbox. Deletion from the Gmail inbox can be done on request; retention at Resend is governed by that provider's own policy.

Children

This is a business-to-business site and is not directed at children.

Changes

If the way messages are handled changes — a different provider, or anything that stores submissions — this page will be updated to match before the change goes live.
