Suffolk County, New York
AI systems built around how your business actually works.
Systems that answer the calls, follow up on quotes and draft the paperwork — for Suffolk County businesses.
You work directly with Ryan Hund — not an account manager, not a call center.

Before and after
You already know where the work leaks out.
None of these need a strategy deck. They need a system.
The phone rings while you are with a customer.
Answered and qualified the minute it comes in, around the clock.
You find out Tuesday that someone called Friday.
Every missed call becomes a logged, followed-up lead instead of a lost one.
You are the only one who knows how that gets done.
The answer lives in a system your staff can ask, not in one person's head.
Quoting takes longer than the job.
Documents, forms, and email drafts are prepared before you sit down to them.
What we build
Four systems, in the order that pays for itself.
Find the opportunities
Before anything is built: what is worth automating, what is not, and what each would cost.
- Opportunity audit
- Implementation roadmap
Capture every lead
The inquiries that arrive while you are out on a job, and the follow-up nobody has to remember.
- AI receptionist
- Missed-call response
- Lead qualification
- Scheduling & CRM follow-up
- Review requests
Run the back office automatically
The administrative work that fills your evenings, handled by a system that does not forget a step.
- Workflow automation
- Document & form handling
- Email and inbox routing
- Reporting dashboards
Equip your team
Knowledge your team can look up, and the training to make sure they do.
- Internal knowledge assistant
- Training & managed support
- Custom tools & integrations
Where this applies
Built for the way local businesses actually run.
Examples of the kinds of business these systems are built for. They are possible applications, not case studies, and not a claim of past work in any of them.
Home services and skilled trades
The calls worth the most arrive at night, on a weekend, or in the middle of the storm everyone else is calling about.
- Answer an after-hours inquiry and get it booked without waking anyone up
- Follow up on a sent estimate on an approved schedule until the customer decides
- Prompt maintenance agreement renewals before they quietly lapse
Design-build home improvement
A pool, a kitchen or an addition is a decision made over months — and most of the loss happens in the quiet weeks between conversations.
- Keep a months-long decision warm without anyone remembering to call
- Gather the survey, plans and forms into a packet ready for review
- Tell every customer where their project stands, weekly, before they ask
Marine dealers, marinas and boatyards
Everything happens at once in April, and the yard fills before the calendar does.
- Fill the spring service calendar in February, not in April
- Work every boat show lead while the show is still fresh
- Answer “is my boat ready?” before the service writer has to
Professional and advisory firms
Intake, chasing documents and renewal paperwork quietly consume the hours you actually bill.
- Take a complete intake before the first meeting, not during it
- Stop asking the same client for the same document a fourth time
- Prepare routine certificates and renewal paperwork for your review
Real estate and property management
An inquiry that waits until morning has already toured with someone else — and a burst pipe does not wait at all.
- Respond to a new inquiry the minute it arrives, day or night
- Collect what broke and how urgent it is, then route it by your rules
- Prepare renewal and closing paperwork from your own records, for review
Manufacturing, distribution and industrial supply
The answer exists. It is in an email, a spreadsheet and one person’s memory — and that person is thinking about retiring.
- Turn an incoming request for quote into a same-day draft for review
- Answer parts, lead time and order status without interrupting the floor
- Capture how the work is actually done before the person who knows leaves
Venues, catering, wineries and hospitality
Inquiries arrive across different platforms, and the one nobody checked was the wedding.
- Catch inquiries from every platform in one place
- Turn a date, a headcount and a package into a draft quote for review
- Run deposit, contract and final-count reminders on schedule
How it works
Signal to system, in four stages.
01
Discover
I learn how your business runs today — where work enters, who touches it, and where it stalls. No assumptions, and nothing bought yet.
A map of how work moves
02
Design
We rank the candidates by what each is worth against what it costs to build and to keep running.
A ranked, costed plan
03
Build
I implement and connect the approved workflows to the tools you already use, one at a time, so nothing breaks while you are running the business.
Working systems, in place
04
Improve
We watch what the system does in practice, then refine it. Automation that nobody reviews drifts away from the business it was built for.
Systems that keep fitting
Start here
October AI Opportunity Call — Introductory rate: $599.
A single, bounded piece of work: understand the business, find where AI would genuinely earn its keep, and write it down in priority order. You keep the roadmap whether or not you hire me to build any of it.
If I don't find an opportunity worth pursuing, I will tell you that plainly. I would rather say so than sell you a system you don't need.
What the $599 includes
- A short pre-call questionnaire about your business and how the work flows
- A private 45-minute working session with Ryan Hund
- Identification and prioritization of your strongest AI and automation opportunities
- A written, prioritized opportunity roadmap, delivered within three business days
- One 20-minute follow-up conversation for questions and next-step planning
Questions
The things people ask first.
Repetitive work that follows a pattern: answering and qualifying calls, replying to inquiries, scheduling, chasing follow-ups, pulling information out of documents, drafting routine emails, and assembling reports. It is far better at the work nobody enjoys than at the judgment calls you are paid for.
Usually not. Most of this work connects the tools you already use rather than replacing them. If something genuinely needs replacing, that goes in the roadmap with the cost attached, and it is your call.
That is not what I build. The systems here take work off people — the missed calls, the copy-paste, the paperwork that piles up — so a small team can handle more without adding headcount. If your goal is cutting staff, I am probably not the right person.
This website does not store anything: the contact form is emailed and is not written to a database. For project work, we agree in writing what information a system may access before it is built, and anything sensitive is scoped deliberately rather than by default.
The questionnaire comes first, so the session itself is not spent on basics. After that it is mostly me asking questions — about the jobs nobody wants, the work that gets dropped when you are busy, and the parts of it you would not hand to software.
It is yours. Build it yourself, hand it to your own people or to another vendor, or hire me for some or all of it.
Suffolk County and Long Island are the focus, and being local means I can sit down with you. Work outside the area is possible where it makes sense, but the local focus is deliberate rather than a limitation.
Possibly, but not by default. Regulated or sensitive work requires a separate security and compliance assessment before anything is designed or built. I do not claim regulatory compliance, and I will not pretend a system is compliant because it appears to work.

A few lines about your business and what you would fix first is enough to start. You are writing to Ryan directly — I'll review your message and reply personally.
